SALON POLICY

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

A deposit of $30.00 is required to reserve appointment. This deposit will be used towards your service(s). Please understand that the deposit is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable to another appointment or person.

RESCHEDULING

Should you need to reschedule your appointment after you made your deposit, you have only one week (7 days) from the date of cancellation to reschedule and use that appointment without having to make another deposit.  This exception will only apply to clients who call or text 48 hours prior to their appointment date, stating that the appointment will need to be canceled or rescheduled. Any request to reschedule made after the 48-hour mark will be denied.

​FINAL PAYMENT

The remaining payment is due on the day of your scheduled appointment.

LATE POLICY

Please be on time for your appointment.  There will be a 15-minute grace period, however a $15.00 late fee will be applied to your balance if you arrive after the 15-minute grace period.  Your appointment will be automatically canceled if you are 30 minutes late.

Please DO NOT bring extra people to appointment if they are not receiving service. No children are allowed unless they are receiving a service.

STORE POLICY

​

No returns. All sales are final. However, we do accept exchanges. We are not responsible for any costs associated with exchanging items. You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred from sending your exchange back. You have 10 days upon receiving your items to email us at papillondecouleur1122@gmail.com to notify us that you want an exchange. Once we are notified we will provide you with a return address so that you can mail us back the item(s), we must receive a tracking number within 3 days of the exchange notification.

We do reserve the right to refuse to accept an exchange should that item be used or worn. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition it was sent to you.
